Our Craft and Cookery Courses
Come for the day…
We offer cookery courses and a few craft courses too in our homely purpose designed kitchen in the stables for small groups of individuals (4 to 5) which means that everyone has time to create something special to take home. Only the best materials are used and all included in the price. You’ll learn a new skill, have a great time, enjoy a lovely home-made lunch with wine and leave at the end of the day with something you’ve created yourself – very rewarding!
…or learn during your stay
You can join any of our scheduled courses when you stay in the accommodation at the Manor House Stables – look through all our courses on our monthly calendar, choose one and book online! You’ll get 10% off the advertised price too! New is the offer of half day ‘cookery or craft courses just for you’ which are especially for guests staying in the accommodation. We can arrange a course especially for you during your stay (please email me about this when booking the accommodation) choosing from: Learning to bake bread (Beginner’s Bread making, Healthy Options, Boozy Breads, Bread & Jam), Hand made Chocolates (moulded chocolates or truffles) or Learning to make Natural Bath & Beauty products.  Or if you prefer crafty courses we can offer a knitting or crochet half day. The total cost for two of you on these special half-day courses is just £120 for the half day which includes all ingredients or materials and a home-made meal with wine! Contact Sherry for more detail on 01526 378717 or 07979 750760.
Or plan something special for your team or birthday party
I also run courses for team building, birthday parties, house-warming (think, warm bread coming straight from the oven!), and other special occasions. The number of participants should be between 4 and 6. Please contact me for more information.
