Real Bread: the Healthy Options – 19th February – Fully Booked

On today’s exciting course you will make the following delicious breads, cake, rolls and loaves, all of which use a flour that you may not be familiar with including coconut, wholemeal spelt, rye, chestnut, rice, corn and Einkorn. You will make and take home the following;
Cornbread with sun-dried tomatoes and basil
Veg Patch Loaf (choices include potato, parsnip, carrot, sweet potato or beetroot)
Cheddar, Courgette and Chestnut Flour Gluten-free Muffins
Rye Loaf with Orange & Fennel
Banana, Coconut & Walnut bread
A home-made 2-course lunch with wine and all refreshments during the day are all included in today’s course. On the menu will be Beeetroot, Blackberry and Blue Cheese pizza on a spelt bread base followed by spicy apple oat crumble, all with a lovely Raspberry wine!
