A great combi day! Learn to make jam in the morning, bread in the afternoon and enjoy fresh jam and rolls by teatime! You’ll make a delicious easy raspberry jam, an apricot, almond and amaretto jam and an apple herb jelly. You will be able to pot up, label and take these home with you to enjoy yourself or give to friends and family.
Following a jam-themed lunch (with wine), you will spend the afternoon baking bread. You will learn everything there is to know about how to make great dinner rolls and mini loaves, followed by a session of creating perfect plaited bread – delicious eaten with jam!
