Learn to make your own hand-made chocolates on this wonderful one-day workshop. You will start the day by making a gorgeous chocolate ganache using a liqueur of your choice, which you will use later in the day when filling your moulded chocolates, and a second one to use when making your truffles – choose between caramel and raspberries.
In the morning you will learn to temper your own chocolate and make beautiful individual moulded chocolates which you will fill with your ganache. You will also learn about chocolate, how it is made and what it should taste like!

After lunch you will fill pre-made chocolate shells with your other ganache, dip them in chocolate and then decorate them in a topping of your choice including nuts, coconut, cocoa powder, dried raspberry, strawberry or mango or different coloured powder.
You will finish the day by packaging your truffles in clear bags with ties and covering your moulded chocolates in wrapping foil, if desired, and placing them in beautiful boxes, ready to give to friends and family.
