Learn to make your own hand-made chocolates on this one-day workshop. You will start the day by making gorgeous chocolate ganache, using a liqueur of your choice, to use later in the day when filling your chocolates.
You will then learn to temper and make beautiful individual moulded chocolates. Your lunch is not chocolate-themed! We don’t want you to go off chocolate – there is still a lot of chocolate making to do in the afternoon!
After lunch you will hand dip your truffles in chocolate and roll them in nuts, coconut, cocoa and a variety of other toppings before packaging your chocolates in beautiful boxes and bags, ready to give to friends and family.
This is the last chocolate course of the season! Back again in October.
