Learn to make your own hand-made moulded chocolates and truffles on today’s workshop. You will start the day by making a gorgeous chocolate ganache. You will then learn to temper your chocolate and make beautiful individual moulded chocolates which you will fill with your ganache. You will also learn about chocolate, how it is made and what it should taste like!
Your lunch is chocolate-themed! Please watch this space for more detail.
In the afternoon you will fill chocolate spheres with ganache and roll them first in chocolate and then in a topping of your choice – nuts, dried raspberries, coconut, cocoa powder, icing sugar, chopped nuts and more.
You will finish the day by packaging your moulded chocolates, placing them in beautiful boxes and bags, ready to give to friends and family.
