Craft, Cookery & Gardening Courses 2014
Courses and workshops are offered at the Manor House Stables for those who wish to come for a day, or they can be included as part of your holiday. Our craft courses are held mainly in the old part of the Stables originally used for stabling the hoses and are full of character with original mangers, hayracks and stall partitions. If you come on one of our bread, jam, hand-made chocolate or other cookery courses, these are held in our lovely farmhouse kitchen.
What you do when you come on one of our courses
All courses last for one day and include a lovely two-course home-made lunch with wine. In the winter lunch is normally roast vegetables (from our own garden or local organic box scheme) with Lincolnshire sausages and freshly baked bread, followed by apple crumble and cream. The maximum number of people on the workshops is small (4 to 6) to ensure everyone has time to create something special to take home. We use only the best materials and all are included in the price of the course. And most of all you will definitely have a great time on these courses - please have a look on our Facebook page to see what we've got up to on previous courses!
You can also purchase Gift Vouchers as a lovely present for any time of the year - birthdays, retirements, anniversaries and more - please contact us on 01526 378717 or 07979 750760 if you'd like to purchase one. You can specify any amount and for any workshop, provided that they are used within 12 months of purchase. The Voucher will be sent to either yourself or the intended recipient with a lovely card depicting the outside view of the Stables. A lovely present ideal for your friends and family.
