Self catering holidays in the heart of rural Lincolnshire

Two units of self-catering accomodation for 2 to 7 people which can be rented separately or together for weekly or shorter breaks away.

Both units are warm and welcoming with wood-burning stoves, exposed beams and lime-washed walls. Wooden floors or natural brick tiles are covered in braided wool rugs and recycled cotton mats. Fabrics are soft and natural and colours are warm and earthy. The luxury organic wool mattresses are covered in quality bedding and cotton quilts.

Welcome Hampers include locally home-made jam and a bottle of wine made from apples from our orchard. A basket of freshly collected vegetables from our organic garden, or purchased from the local farm shop, is also provided.

Each accommodation has a small private garden fenced off with hazel hurdles. A picnic table, barbeque set, bird-feeding table and basket swing make these gardens a 'rooms' to relax in.

The Hayloft (Sleeps 2 + 2)

A rural retreat for those seeking peace and tranquility set on the first floor of the restored Stables. The wood-burning stove is warm and romantic whilst the gentle and earthy tones create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. The main bedroom sleeps 2 in a cast iron bed whilst the unusual cosy 'snug' or ‘box bed’ in the living area provides an inviting place for relaxation (or an additional sleeping space for 2). The luxury bathroom is also a special place, with its deep copper bateau spa bath, tv, sauna, and steam shower.

Curl up in front of the log-burning stove, pamper yourself in the luxury bathroom or just spend time 'away from it all' in cosy warm accommodation. Plenty of logs are provided for your stay, as well as a Welcome Hamper, a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates - relax...

The Bothy (Sleeps 2 + 1)

A cosy rural hideaway with a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating. The living/dining area is in the old beamed part of the Stables and is warm and earthy whilst the double bedroom sleeps 2 in a cast iron Sleigh bed and looks peacefully out over the garden. The unusual 'box bed' (tucked under the staircase) in the living area provides a cosy 'snug' (or an extra sleeping space for a child). The beautifully tiled wetroom and an unusual wooden soaking tub in the bathroom ensures a relaxing luxurious break.
